Weekly Meal Plan, Week 11 2020

Friends, it’s Sunday and I feel on top of the world even though I have a cold. I made meatball subs for our Sunday dinner and they were delicious. I also boiled some eggs for breakfasts, prepped my lunch for tomorrow and made some energy bites for snacks this week. I love starting my weeks out with a plan and some advanced preparation. This week is going to be intense, so it feels good to have my own back heading into the crazy.

Breakfasts/Snacks:

  • Boiled eggs
  • Energy Bites (have you made these yet? They are SO good!)
  • Yogurt
  • Avocado Toast
  • Turkey Cheese roll-ups
  • Nuts
  • Jerky

Monday:

Tuesday:

  • Lunch: Out
  • Dinner: Keith’s Chicken Stew

Wednesday:

Thursday:

  • Lunch: Leftover Chicken Stew
  • Dinner: Chicken Fajitas
