Friends, this week’s meal plan has a heavy ass dose of ‘I CAN’T EVEN’.
I just don’t want to deal with finding new recipes and shopping and doing the most. I needed a big break, so I gave myself permission to do the absolute least. I’m not packing lunch and I’m just piecing stuff together out of our pantry and last-minute runs to Trade Joe’s. Yay for real life!
Breakfasts/Snacks:
- Bagels at the local coffee shop? Also raiding the free peanut butter pretzel snacks they offer at work? Begging Keith to make me egg sammies? I don’t really have a plan.
Monday (Holiday):
- Lunch: I had to go to Modesto to take Jax to the vet. I got In-n-Out
- Dinner: We were supposed to have steaks, but ordered pizza instead. Oh, well.
Tuesday:
- Lunch: Out. Mexican takeout
- Dinner: Fillet Mignon, baked potatoes and mushrooms
Wednesday:
- Lunch: Out for work
- Dinner: Keith’s spaghetti
Thursday:
- Lunch: Leftover spaghetti
- Dinner: Grilled cheese + tomato soup
Friday:
- Lunch: Tuna melts
- Dinner: TBD
